Fastems

Fastems is the leading supplier of flexible CNC automation solutions for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.

Fastems is a family-owned company with over 40 years and 4000 installations of experience from the intelligent automation field. The customer segments include a wide variety of different industries ranging from the aerospace and defense to the medical and energy industries – just to name fiew. Fastems operates in Europe, North America and Asia. In the core of all operations is the Manufacturing Management System, which is the leading automation software on the market.

The FMS Training Center premises are located in Fastems’ factory in Tampere Finland.

Tampere University

Tampere University  brings together research and education in technology, health and society and is one the most multidisciplinary universities in Finland. 

Tampere University is a community of 21,000 students and close to 4,000 staff members. The University was created in 2019 through a merger between the University of Tampere and Tampere University of Technology.

Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) is a professional higher education institution oriented towards working life and RDI co-operation.

Tampere Vocational School Tredu

Tampere Vocational College Tredu provides education within several Basic Vocational Qualifications, Further Qualifications and Specialist Qualifications. Tredu is the second largest vocational school in Finland.

Approximately 1700 young and adult students study at Tredu yearly. The regional upper secondary level college has 14 different campuses in the cities of Tampere, Nokia, Virrat and municipalities of Ylöjärvi, Pirkkala, Kangasala, Lempäälä and Orivesi.
